Haldiram’s Mathri is a delicious wheat flour snack spiced with black pepper, fenugreek, red chilli powder, dried ginger, salt and turmeric powder. Toast the mathri lightly on a pan and serve hot with mango pickle or chutney. Storage: Store in an air tight container, in a cool, dry place.
