Fennel Seeds 100g

Fennel seeds look like cumin, but are greener and consist of the dried seeds of the fennel plant. They have an aniseed-like flavour and a warm, sweet aroma. They can be used alone or in spice blends such as Chinese five-spice powder and Indian panch phoran.
